The First Magnetic Separator with Filling Indication

We present to you a new product MSS-MC-ALARM, the first magnetic separator with fill-level signaling in Europe.

This revolutionary separator enhances separation efficiency and also significantly improves reliability and facilitates maintenance.Thanks to this innovation, new possibilities are opening up to minimize the risk of errors, increase the quality of production processes, and optimize operational costs.

Filling Indication

The MSS-MC-ALARM uses light signaling to detect the filling of magnetic grids with ferromagnetic impurities. When the grids are clogged, their separation efficiency is significantly reduced. Previously, regular manual checks had to be carried out, leading to unnecessary downtimes of production lines. Now, thanks to the light signaling, the operator immediately knows when the separator needs to be cleaned. In addition, we offer the customers the opportunity to test their material free of charge to help them find out, how effectively the MSS-MC-ALARM can work in their specific operation.

The effectiveness signaling operates at three levels:

  • 100% - green light: The magnetic separator is functioning correctly, both grids are clean, and the separation is 100% effective.
  • 50% - orange light: The upper grate is clogged, the separation efficiency is reduced and it is recommended to clean it as soon as possible.
  • 0% - red light: Both grids are clogged, the separator is not functioning and must be cleaned immediately.

Accurate fill signaling eliminates unnecessary technology downtimes, which significantly saves time and expenses. Automatic signaling enables more accurate maintenance scheduling, increasing production quality and reducing operator costs. This technology also ensures that the separator will always operate at maximum efficiency, leading to better cleanliness of the produced materials.
