Video: Conveyor belt change within 6 minutes – ECS–E BULL

Each device requires maintenance. We are aware of the need to minimize the time required for the maintenance. That is why we make our ECS separators in such a way that the conveyor belt and the magnetic rotor shell (= a non-metallic drum) can be changed easily and very quickly. The time required to change the belt and rotor shell is in the order of minutes. The replacement procedure is very simple - even a separator operator can carry it out. Thus, there is no need for a service engineer intervention and the service costs can be reduced.
