The highly sensitive QUICKTRON 07 RH HyQ Clean gravity free-fall style metal detector for the examination of free-falling bulk materials. The QUICKTRON 07 is a synonym for metal detectors with the highest detection accuracy and reliability. The detector coil has several layers of shielding and does not require a plastic sensor tube. This makes the detector immune to external electromagnetic interference, allowing for extremely accurate metal detection.
The QUICKTRON 07 RH HyQ Clean detector is easily integrated into existing installation thanks to its low overall height and compact dimensions.
This detector is fitted with a first-rate AMD 07 control unit with a range of advanced functions. The unit is equipped with a touch screen, so its operation is simple and intuitive.It enables permanent monitoring of electronic and mechanical parts. The mesuNET system allows remote access to the device. The control unit is a part of the detector but it can also be placed outside the detector.
We supply this metal separator for pipes with a diameter of 80 – 300 mm as standard. We can also offer a detector for pipes of other diameters and shapes (square, rectangular).
It is made of stainless steel with an emphasis on hygienic design. It meets the strictest hygiene requirements, it is easy to clean and resistant to most cleaning procedures. There are no dead spots where the material could settle or accumulate!

Sensitivity of a metal detector
The detector sensitivity depends on many parameters, such as the aperture diameter (the smaller the aperture, the higher the sensitivity), the material speed, the density of the product, its temperature, humidity, etc.
